Driving

So, this new job of mine consists of lots of driving. I cover cases for the entire state. And since nothing seems to go wrong in Salt Lake Valley, that leaves me traveling to the other fun towns along the Wasatch Front - Ogden and Provo. Well, anyone that knows me well, would realize the hell this brings to my life. Odgen has always been the butt crack of Utah in my book. I have yet to find anything good about that town. And I have cursed the Utah County Line on numerous occasions.
Well, I was proven correctly about these two fabulous towns this week. --Part of the blame needs to be placed on the stupid workers that referred the information to me and didn't provide correct information. Seriously, do they think I just have all the time in the world to traipse around the state looking for their kids?!--
Anyway, I think for the whole of my adult life (and possibly longer) there has been construction through Ogden and Provo. This was proven correctly in my traveling this week. Here's the real issue I had with the construction - narrow lanes for A LOT of miles (really I don't know distances, so it isn't worth it to guess) and wide loads. Seriously, if you have a wide load get off the skinny freeway and allow the rest of us to speed along hoping not to get a "fines double in construction" speeding ticket. Needless to say, a lot of bad words came out of my mouth!
