Wendy had to make a trip to Moab last week for work. She hasn't been trained in Forensic Interviewing, so I got to tag-a-long. We were able to stay at the Red Cliffs Lodge and enjoyed the luxurious life for a night.
The scenery was as beautiful as always, and the weather was spectacular. We did a little sight-seeing the first day and shopping.... got myself a few rings and bracelets. Oh, and we ate some fabulous food.
This is the view from my patio.
This is the drive back to town.
And then we drove the other way out of town to see this little gem. We didn't take the tour and the gift shops were really kind of sad, but the crazy metal work things were really cool.
Like this Jeep...
Oh, and this totally cool chair out of rock. If it didn't weigh a billion pounds I would want one for my front porch.
This is my king sized bed, which I made sure to enjoy every square inch (as I rolled around all night long).
Another view from the back patio.
And this golfer dude.....
